RETO ABC: "The thirty-nine steps", by John Buchan

Thirty-nine steps and a whole life away from Horace's house, we find one short but vigorous policiac novel. Recomended by my English teacher, one of the best detective books I've ever read.

The story starts with a men entering his house, where he finds his neighbour sat at his sofa. His neighbour tells him that there's a plot against the Greek Prime Minister, and he has to hide until the day comes and he can notify to the police. The main character believes him and hides the extrange character in his house. One day, he finds the men murdered on his floor. He rans across land escaping from both the police and the plotters. He has to hide until the correct day comes.

Nice book, impactant and you have to read it all in once try or you will have a boring thing between your hands. Reading in other languages it's important to know more from other countries and be prepared.

Attentively,
